There are many types of activities being hosted tomorrow as part of World Mental Health Day and as exercise has proven to be one of the methods which can help with mental health, I have decided to step outside my comfort zone and do a live class on my FB page from 9.30-10.00am.

I looked at various ideas and have finally decided that I will divide the short session into 2 parts - the first 15 mins will be a Fitness Pilates flow and the second part will be an energising and uplifting Exercise to Music sequence.
